Job Description
The Insulation crew member is a motivated, skilled individual who is eager to develop, fast learner who will apply their skills in ways to make a positive impact to our customers. This position within the company is expected to consistently perform high-quality insulation services in attics and crawlspaces in a safe and efficient manner. In addition, this role works with the Crew Lead to identifying and correcting insulation installation issues and support that Crew lead in corrective action to the customer’s satisfaction .
Duties/Responsibilities
1. Safety: Adheres to jobsite safety in accordance with all federal, state, and local occupational and health and safety laws. Proper use of PPE at all times. Ensures that rig is prepared and stocked properly, kept clean and working condition and is safely driven to jobsite locations and parked in a manner to which the people and property are protected.
2. Operations: Removes and installs insulation based on specifications of each job. Follows standard operation procedures with equipment set up and operation. Completes a high quality job while maintaining efficiency. Has working knowledge of all types of insulation installation (blown-in, spray foam, and battes) and consistently performs quality checks.
3. Technical: Diagnoses and resolves issues in the field alongside Crew Leader.
4. Customer Service: Communicates professionally with customer. Maintains a professional image and thoroughly cleans jobsite upon completion of the job.
5. Other: Continuous improvement of customer service, quality, efficiency, and safety. Provides instruction and training to junior team members. Communicates any issues to Crew Leader. Performs other related duties as required.
Required Skills/Abilities
Excellent time management.
Ability to troubleshoot, operate, and maintain equipment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in CRM or other scheduling app (Housecall
Requirements:
Must have a valid Driver's License and willing to undergo a drug and background screen.
