Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Leasing Agent. This role involves leasing apartments, showing available units, and providing excellent customer service to prospective tenants. Prior leasing experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
Show available units to prospective tenants and conduct property tours
Assist with leasing applications and rental agreements
Answer questions and provide information about property amenities, policies, and availability
Process rental payments and assist with rent collection
Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities
Ensure a positive and professional experience for all potential and current tenants
Requirements:
Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Prior leasing experience preferred (but not required) Proficiency with basic computer software and administrative tasks
