Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager. This role involves assisting with daily property management operations, tenant relations, and administrative tasks. Onesite experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to tenants and prospective residents
Assist with leasing, rent collection, and resident communications
Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
Maintain accurate records, reports, and lease agreements
Support property managers in daily operations and community engagement
Requirements:
Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Property management or onesite experience preferred (but not required) Proficiency with basic computer software and administrative tasks
