Internal Account Manager - $16
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday with rotating every 3rd weekend. Work Schedule is 12-5pm. WE are growing and in our Jacksonville branches. We have one branch on Dunn Avenue & one on Baymeadows.
Duties and Responsibilities would include:
*Assist with dispatching activities
*Input data into computer program
*Answer telephone, and provide routine information to caller or direct caller to appropriate person. Assist with customer calls, taking job orders and general work order information or customer file information. Address potential workers questions with regards to employment.
*Assist new applicants with employment process
*Conducting cold calls on the phone
*Process payroll
*Perform routine office support tasks including; organizing and maintaining branch filing system, operating copier and fax machine
*Assist with daily & weekly close,
*Recruiting on social media platforms
An IDEAL Account Manager will exhibit extraordinary team building skills including the ability to motivate other branch employees.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Computer skills are a must.
Excellent People Management skills.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Training and development skills. Communication skills, written and oral. Open to learning outside sales and direct business-to-business sales. Great decision-making skills. Outstanding customer service skills. Computer skills are a must. Excellent People Management skills. Driver's license, vehicle, vehicle insurance, and cell phone are required. Background will be conducted.
