Job Description
LaborMax Staffing is seeking reliable and customer-focused Banquet Servers to assist with events such as weddings, corporate gatherings, and banquets. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent guest service.
Responsibilities:.
Set up banquet rooms and tables according to event specifications.
Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the event space.
Clear tables and assist with post-event clean-up.
Follow instructions from event coordinators and supervisors.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests throughout the event.

Previous banquet or restaurant serving experience preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay on your feet for long periods Strong communication and teamwork skills Professional appearance and demeanor Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be dependable and punctual
