Job Description
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday with rotating weekends. Assisting with dispatch at 9am and off work at 6pm. Training may be done from 8am - 5pm. Input data in computer programs from a variety of source documents to ensure the upkeep of all employee and customer file information. Address potential workers questions with regards to working with LaborMax Staffing. Process payroll for temporary workers from completed work tickets. Participate in sales activities. Perform routine office support tasks including organizing and maintaining branch filing system and operating photocopier and fax machine. Assistant Manager must maintain a professional demeanor, positive attitude and big energy level at all times. A team -oriented, solution focused approach is a must.
Requirements:
Drug Screen and Background and Motor Vehicle Report will be conducted. Vehicle and Proof of Car Insurance required
