Job Description
Product Batcher
This role involves working at three batching stations of different sizes (small, medium, and large) to measure, mix, and prepare ingredients for production. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes precisely to maintain product quality.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor batching stations in an indoor production environment.
Accurately measure and mix ingredients according to production formulas.
Ensure batch consistency and quality control throughout the process.
Safely handle raw materials and follow food safety protocols.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of batching equipment and workstations.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and production guidelines.
Requirements:
Ability to work indoors in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Previous experience in food manufacturing or batching is a plus.
