Catering Assistant

Job Description
Job Duties: Basic understanding of food service and food prep such as cutting/chopping vegetables as well as some meats. All around catering duties. Working in kitchen and on location at catering sites with setup, serving, bussing and cleaning. Must have a professional attitude and excellent work ethic in dealing with clients. Caters include weddings and corporate events. Schedules differ from event to event but typical wedding events may last from 12pm - 11pm depending on prep and loading going to and from site setup, serving and breakdown to cleanup and back to kitchen.
Dress Code: Black Pants and Black Shoes, White Long Sleeve Button Down Dress Shirt. (Bow-Tie required) We can provide if you don't have. We also provide logo apron and Vest.
(Can wear T-Shirt for prep and change to Dress Shirt)
