Job Description
Water damage can cause mold growth and other problems in buildings. Preventative maintenance is important to avoid mold growth and water damage. It includes regular inspections, prompt repairs, proper ventilation and humidity control, cleaning and maintaining appliances, using mold-resistant materials, and having a plan for addressing water damage and mold growth. Early intervention is critical to minimize damage.
Requirements:
Regular inspections of roofs, gutters, downspouts, and plumbing to identify any leaks or damage. 2. Prompt repair of any leaks, water damage, or plumbing issues to minimize the risk of mold growth. 3. Proper ventilation and humidity control to prevent moisture build-up and reduce the likelihood of mold growth. 4. Regular cleaning and maintenance of appliances such as air conditioners, dehumidifiers, and HVAC systems to prevent moisture accumulation.
