Job Description
We are looking for an individual who will take pride in maintaining the inside and outside of a tractor dealership and assisting the different departments within the tractor dealership. If you like variety and enjoy a fast-paced working environment this job is for you.
Responsibilities:
Preparing new and used equipment for sale.
Arranging equipment to ensure a neat and appealing show lot. Loading and unloading equipment for customers' delivery and pick up of equipment.
To ensure success, you should exhibit safe driving skills and have experience operating equipment. Ultimately, a top-notch employee is someone who can be entrusted with valuable property, upbeat and polite.
Moving equipment between the dealership’s display area, workshop, storage facility, and pick-up point.
Assisting the sales and service departments with tasks.
Loading/unloading equipment for customers and drivers.
Pick up and deliver between dealers at multiple locations.
Ensuring the cleanliness of all equipment on the lot.
Maintaining interior and exterior cleanliness.
Driving off-site to run dealership errands when required.
Performing basic maintenance tasks such as - checking fluids levels, checking tire pressure, and ensuring proper operation of machinery.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Pass drug and background tests.
Working knowledge of basic equipment maintenance would be advantageous.
Ability to assume responsibility for the valuable property of customers and the dealership.
Willingness to learn and to perform a wide range of allocated tasks.
Ability to take accurate notes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detailed oriented.
