Little to no experience needed. On the job training will be provided.

AP clerks typically focus on routine tasks like data entry, invoice processing, and organizing paperwork. They need to have good data entry and math skills, be able to learn new software, pay attention to detail, and communicate effectively.

Requirements:

Processing invoices: Receiving, verifying, and processing invoices. Reconciling accounts: Assisting with reconciling accounts and reconciling expense and financial reports. Paying vendors: Paying vendors and facilitating payments, which may include verifying federal ID numbers and reviewing purchase orders. Maintaining accounting files: Maintaining accounting files and creating accounts payable reports.
