Job Description
Hiring for a local facility, duties include the positive interaction with customers primarily by telephone and email to obtain proper technical information for processing quotes and answering customer inquiries. Also includes customer follow up. Completes the processing of customer information correctly and completes quotes in timely manner. Follows up on leads, cold calling and developes new accounts while servicing existing ones. Under the supervision of the Customer Service Manager, you will have the opportunity of working in a small team environment while also working independently to compllete assignment.
